Reviews can be some of the most important free marketing tools that you can have. When customers come to visit your website, or your FGmarket vendor profile, one of the first things they'll be looking for are your reviews.

Luckily, we make it very easy for anyone to leave a review of your products or business on your vendor profile page. Not only that, we also make it very easy to view and manage the reviews you receive.

Don't remember how to access your vendor reviews? No problem! We've got a few easy tips that will help you view and manage your wonderful customer reviews.

Login To Your Account

The first step you need to take is to login into your vendor account by going to FGmarket.com and clicking on "Vendor Login" at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password to log yourself into the vendor dashboard.

Vendor Options

Once you're logged in, you'll see a number of different Vendor Options that are divided into three sections: Listing Tools, Tracking Tools, and Additional Marketing Services.

For our purposes today, you'll need to click on the option under Listing Tools that says Manage Testimonials.

My Testimonials

Once you're in My Testimonials, you'll see all of the reviews you have displayed on your Vendor profile page. If you don't have any reviews yet, then this page will be blank.

Display or Hide Reviews

If you have any reviews, you can view the rating the customer gave you (from 1 to 5 stars), the name of the customer, their contact information, their city/state, and their full review on this page. If you'd like to display the review on your profile page, simply click the Display button. But if you don't want to display a review, all you have to do is Hide the review. The review isn't deleted from your page, but no one else besides you can see the review.

The reviews that you choose to display will show up in their own tab on your profile page. Anyone that clicks on the Testimonials tab on your profile page will be able to read your reviews!

View Your Reviews

If you want to quickly see your reviews page while you're logged into your profile, just click the link that says "View Reviews Page," located underneath the My Testimonials header.

That's it! See, super easy, right? Reviews are a fantastic way to see what your customers think about your business, and learn about where you can improve. Be sure to check for reviews often, and encourage your customers to visit your profile page and leave a review for you today!
